yeah for women, but generally not for men...with regards to incorporating it w/ testimony it must vary with the environment basically because of the different cuture and norms you know for example such thing might be acceptable in america or in africa but maybe not in Asia or in the Middle East...; w/ personal faith, let's say the piercings would remind that man about how Jesus got saved him and then in the same way he would reach out to other pierced people out there...then for sure it would be good.
