Bible Study And yet another thread on baptism...

T over T, this is a weak cop out at least. Should we not be able to discuss these things in the manner of which the OP desires?

    Was Jesus Really the Christ?

It totally amazes at where one goes when they do not get what they want! As I said, Jesus does not need me to defend Him. Now then, 'weak cop out'? How Romper Room! Acts 17:24-25, God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in...

Bible Study And yet another thread on baptism...

Christians believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, salvation occurs only when a person places his or her faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the sufficient payment for his or her sin...

    Was Jesus Really the Christ?

Christ and His Word do not need our defending them. They do pretty good on their own.

    Is baptism essential to salvation?

Where is Hell derived from this? Let's look a little further, and see what it tells us ... 22Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; the idea of Christ visiting Hell is based on a handful of closely related, but notably difficult texts of scripture - literally just these...

    Rules for Communion

Baptism too many times is used in place of born again, and it is not made clear that salvation is what matters, not baptism itself. Baptism is an outward showing to the world that we have taken Christ as Lord and Savior. Are the children born again? If so then by all means they should partake...

    Does God speak to you?

I don't know about the rest of you, but God talks to me every second of the day. Maybe not in words, but in what is seen every where around me. In the things that others do, in all of the living things that we have around us. Too many times we are too busy looking when it is right in our face...

Was the Trinity included in Jesus’ gospel?

Not at all JZ, just sad that this can not be plainly seen, and must be ripped to pieces. Sorry but I am not into making mountains out of mole hills. You have stated that you believe in the Trinity, but then you turn it around in attempts to make it what its not? What needs to be addressed here...
