    Is drinking caffeine a sin?

Ok. So while we're on the subject: how much caffeine do y'all drink before you get any effects or benefits? I have never gotten anything from caffeine, unless in extreme distress and at very high doses. I could drink a Monster and go straight to bed afterwards. However, when I am in extreme...

    [__ Praise __] Ozempic

Started taking it today, and have been worried about the side effects. So far so good! Was worried I'd be stuck on the toilet all day :lol I don't typically get many side effects, so was hoping that'd be the case here.... I pray the good streak continues! (Not looking for medical advice...

How was the high school experience?

I was homeschooled after 3rd grade and finished highschool through GED in 2014. So my highschool experience may not have been terribly different, aside from like..... being at home and going to group functions. One thing they didn't have when I first started homeschooling was co-op classes...

    Is drinking caffeine a sin?

I guess it's like..... We take drugs all the time. OTC drugs for pain and colds, flus. Prescription drugs.... I'm on like 12 of them, the latest being Ozempic. Recreational drugs like alcohol and nicotine. Drugs are not inherently an evil, but those that have harmful and adverse affects are...

    Is drinking caffeine a sin?

I do think a lot of people are actually addicted to caffeine, fortunately the worst it typically does is give you withdrawal headaches. I drink energy drinks when severely overstimulated, caffeine helps calm my nervous system down. I only drink energy drinks on those days.

    Is drinking caffeine a sin?

Caffeine doesn't get you drunk 🤷‍♀️ It does help me at times when I'm overstimulated at work, but I'm still in control of all my faculties

if I seem obsessive, there is a reason for it

A lot of older people are on the spectrum and have no clue because autism just wasn't widely known during their day. (Not calling you old.) There is a book I like called All Cats Are On The Autism Spectrum

    The Shift

I went in with fairly low expectations, seeing as a lot of Christian movies are poorly written. I think most of them focus so hard on trying to be preachy that they miss out on everything else. I really enjoyed this one and thought it was excellent. Essentially a retelling of the story of Job...

    Why be Christian over Jew?

We're based on Judaism, but we are considered to be under a different "covenant". Which excludes stuff like sacrifices, and most notably, includes our belief in Jesus as Messiah.

if I seem obsessive, there is a reason for it

Right. It's like.... yeah, everyone has hobbies. Everyone gets short-lived obsessions. But like..... for the first 16 years of my life, I was utterly obsessed with dogs. To the nth degree. They were all I thought about and all I wanted to think about. I would go up to strangers and tell them...

if I seem obsessive, there is a reason for it

https://musingsofanaspie.com/2012/11/07/whats-so-special-about-a-special-interest/ "You can look at the list and think, “but everyone has hobbies, what’s so special about yours?” Like much of what differentiates an Asperger’s trait from a general personality quirk, the answer is the degree to...

if I seem obsessive, there is a reason for it

Maybe so, but it's to a greater degree for those on the spectrum.

if I seem obsessive, there is a reason for it

Some people have commented on how I seem obsessive over certain topics. These topics also tend to be things I'm quite passionate and opinionated about. There is a reason for this: Autism. Once again. My brain is wired very differently from non-autistic brains. I recently took a self-paced...
