What an excellent project!

That's some cut! The last hair cut I had saw a good foot gone. (And no, I'm not hopping around on only 1 foot now....!)

That's sad that the building doesn't want to be what it is now. A brownstone I bought to rehab didn't want to remain split into apartments. That was fine with me .... I saw it as a single family structure with lots of great features!

Out of curiosity, what led you to think that perhaps it was haunted?

She will :thumbsup You might take your wife to photograph the Royal Viking Apartments.... see what sort of eye she has for the place.

In time, there will be a building that will 'speak' to your wife and she'll snap a photo or three of it. From then on, she'll make a point of discussing the buildings she'll photograph that have 'spoken' or smiled. And she'll have her own building stories to share!

I know the building has a future, which is wonderful! But right now, she looks wounded and is grieving.
