Went to see the Exodus movie the other night. I suppose I could pick on some of the parts of the movie but the biggest overall thing I found with the movie is that it just didn't seem to demonstrate the strong faith of the Hebrews. Did others see the movie and what did you think?
Our salvation is a gift from God. I don't see God taking back his gift. One of my favorite verses - "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works so that no one can boast". (Eph 2:8-9).

To be honest the question of what is consciousness stirs up thoughts of some new age, eastern religious guru or swami (for me anyways). If you are conscious you are awake if unconscious you are not.
