1 Thess 5:4-10 teaches eternal security

I totally understand why you feel that way; but if it's clear why are people arguing about it? A conservative believer will only see legalism and works. While the liberal believer will only see grace. I'm sorry that people have such a hard time with, but it's just our natures I guess.

The Stamp of 7 upon the King James Bible.

Yes, the KJV is correct in saying "Easter" in Acts 12:4, after all the passover was already over. How do we know? Because the verse before it said, "then were the days of unleavened bread." The days of unleavened bread occur after the passover; Easter however, was yet to come. So once again...

    THE TRINITY DOCTRINE-Is it Biblical?

Dave, I liked and agree with what you said. Just thought I would expand on it a little more... The Godhead (Trinity) God describes himself as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, and together these three are one God. What is the nearest example of this for us? Father, son, and mother, and these...

1 Thess 5:4-10 teaches eternal security

The middle ground Let's admit that the word of God is purposely cloudy on the subject of whether or not you can lose your salvation. There are verses that seem to teach security of the believer, and there are verses that seem to warn believers that there is a risk of losing salvation. Why...

    Pre-Tribulation, Mid-Tribulation, or Post-Tribulation?

[I hope that everyone understands what I am about to say. I didn't get this from a commentary, a preacher, or a movie; it came from years of waiting for God to give me the answer, and not just an answer.] Please read slowly. I will be using strictly the KJV. First, the wrath of God is called...

Bible Study Where is the Ark of the Covenant?

Interesting...The idea that the angels were in the same position as the cherubims over the mercy seat had escaped me till now. Very thought provoking.

Bible Study Archangel Michael = Jesus Christ???

"but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me" (Daniel 10:13). Michael is "one of" other chief princes and is therefore not the Lord Jesus Christ. Our Lord is the only begotten Son of God and is unique.

    Bible Study Time no longer?

No I definitely don't believe God is subject to time in any way. I know he created time "in the beginning," and he operates outside of it. Just the fact that he foresees the future shows me he is master of time. What do you believe?

Bible Study God's view of the trinity

The Godhead (Trinity) We have all heard countless attempts to explain the relation between Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. These explanations range from the confusing to the ridiculous, and yet I have never heard anyone give the definition that God himself has given us. God describes himself...

    Bible Study Time no longer?

Misunderstood verse – “Time no longer” In Revelation 10:6,7 we are told that when the 7th angel begins to sound that there will “be time no longer.” Re 10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that...

Bible Study The names of the angels of the seven churches in Asia

Who are the angels of the seven churches? Rev. 1:11 ...What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; Rev. 1:20 ...The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. Speculation...
