None of them.

Rules have not and will not solve the human problem, only a personal faith in Jesus can do that.

At a secondary level if there are enough Christians to influence society hen non Christians will start flying Christian behaviour and try to follow Christian morality.
You can see this in the way society tried to behave in the in the early part of the 20th century.

for me these are the most powerful life changing things we can do to see God change us and others

assumes that those observing them are Christians. The Apostle Paul
wrote Romans to the Christians in Rome. There was no reason to assume
that I was excluding personal faith in the Lord Jesus in my Opening
Post -- I was not excluding Him.

This is a good thing that not many people do. They downcast the beggar and poor unfortunate man. But give respect to the rich, its a shame this is a saying that isnt practised much.
