Left by choice or not there is a pattern with this guy. I know of at least two other forums where the exact same thing happened.

I don't mind some funny posts and threads. But he went way over the line into being immature and disruptive. When your goal is to be the center of attention despite others telling you to cool it, that is the result.

I think you are taking forums a bit too seriously. I thought Dave was a free spirit and really needed to not only lighten our very heated postings up but to also ground us at times. I miss Dave and appreciate his often thought provoking posts as well as the light hearted ones.

We all should be reminded to not take ourselves so seriously that we forget to appreciate the gifts that are given to us and others by God.

This thread was not 'bash Dave Slayer' thread. It was just meant as a humerous thread with a video that Dave Slayer did recently, to say hello.
There have been plenty of negative comments about Dave Slayer in the past, and this thread is not a place for them. I suggest if you can only post negative things about him then you do not post at all in this thread.

As a moderator I respectfully ask for everyone to keep this civil please.

There was nothing "uncivil" about what I said and the fact he has caused disruption after disruption on multiple forums should tell you something. I thought the guy had some good posts but it was overshadowed by all the nonsense. Sorry if that bothers you but it's the fact of the matter. I'm not saying anything that isn't true.

I'm not saying what you were saying was untrue. Even Dave Slayer in his second video acknowledges what you said. But the point ot this thread was not to spread bad words against him. So please do not.
