I can agree with these points, and I often post various things about diet and supplements. However, on the "meditation" end of things, as Christians we should think about beneficial things of God and pray without ceasing, And as for rest, for cryin' out loud DO REST and kick up. Seems like some people want you to feel guilty about that when even Jesus said to his disciples to come away and rest awhile. We work some and rest some. For me, I take great pleasure in the weekly Sabbath to rest (nobody dare ask me to do anything except their lamb is caught in a pit) and pleasure in the feast days of the Lord. Of course there are those who would call me a "legalist" and claim (falsely) I'm doing it for salvation etc etc. No, it's a joyous time for me to be with the Lord biblically mandated. So the same who would say that to me will be the ones next week on the prayer chain that they are ill, they have problems or are otherwise a nervous wreck. Soon is the feast of Tabernacles so I will make a Sukkah and rest outside and its a joyous time looking forward to the Lord's return. Actually, it's really fun! and I can detach from the crazy world around me. Just an old retired guy here acting like a kid in the Lord! LOL

Why does a workout have to be so spiritual. Its just a dumb guy (me) lifting dumbbells. I am currently in assisted living because of health problems. But I still use a dumbbell (5lbs.) to maintain my muscles.I listen to oldies rock and roll when I lift.
For cardio I Try to schedule my cycling (stationary bike) when the Dodgers or Angels are on TV. I love to watch baseball so it makes having to cycle a little easier. (By the way, the little leaguers are on ESPN this month. Fun to watch, and they are seeeerious; which makes it so cute.) Keep walking everybody. May God bless,

I could not have said it better. What are you trying to say? Your symbolic language is hard to understand because I don't know what your symbolisms represent. Please dumb it down for me. I am not smart enough to understand the message being conveyed.
I spoke with a couple of hare krishnas one time, at the airport in Los Angeles, back in the 1970s. They talked that way. (I am not saying you are one ATARI, just recalling a similar experience.
