a short trip back in time

My grandparents were deacons at their churches when I was a small child.

They used to do the preparation for the Lord's supper.

I'd "help".

Kinda a long lost memory.

Filling all them little cups and grandma fussing about how much them little crackers cost.

Lol, help to eat the crackers?

Never like grape juice, but felt like such an adult as a little kid wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in the day as I drank that little cup and ate the bread like the big people did. I also remember buying a bottle of pop and a Lucky Cake for 25 cents as my Papa would give us a quarter for mowing the yard.
