Addicting Video Games

Right now Matt and I are addicted to getting 100% on the game Donkey Kong Wii.
Before that we got 100% on Super Mario Wii.
Fun stuff.

I love to play hearts on my ipad. I play Pyramids and Solitare too.
Sometimes the family gets together to play uno or rummy.
I used to play spades but i forget how to.

I just checked my spades statistics and i average 200 games a week. Going from the date i started playing until now and the number of games played.
Nah, you should be fine. If you were playing 201 games a week, then there would be a problem.

The most addictive game for me currently is on Facebook. It is called Contract Wars, and is a cross between Call of Duty and Counterstrike. I used to have a very serious gambling addiction in relation to arcade games, but have since learned to limit myself. I have to be just as careful with games like Contract Wars. I set a reasonable objective for a day, as well as a time limit. Which I reach first signifies when I'm done for the day. Video game addiction, in my experience, can be just as destructive as a drug addiction; I've personally known two men who died because of their addiction to World of Warcraft.

I stay away from all that stuff.I can have an addicting personality.I think I am on my computer way too much.

The only PC game I play right now is Mount & Blade: Warband, and only limit that to weekends, and just a little bit of time on a random weeknight when my wife has to go out for a little while. Otherwise, the games I play mostly are on Facebook, which I am seriously considering fasting from for a while, meaning all Facebook activity. I know my family would love the change.
