Psalm 90:5-6 “Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.”

Psalm 129:6 “Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:”

Isaiah 27:11 “When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have mercy on them, and he that formed them will shew them no favour.”

I realize that you're new to our Forum. Me along with others would like to understand your reasoning behind your presentation of these verses. Along with one of our Moderators, AirDancer, I don't think it unreasonable to ask that you present a teaching along with those Scriptures....Thank you.

The scriptures I posted to me painted a picture of how the fashion of this world and man in all his glory, and glorifying of himself in material wealth is but temporal, and is soon to pass away when the Spirit of the Lord blows upon it. The things that are seen are just temporary.

2 Corinthians 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Thank you my new friend. I appreciate your reply. I see you're 53 years old. Probably you've seen, personally, folk who are caught up in this "if it feels good, do it" or similar worldly exercises. I'm serious when I say, "I don't know more than a handful of folk who are not as you describe"....Have you come to any conclusions as to why this is happening so much, to so many so-called Christians? Are they not biblically saved? Are they simply deceived by demons? Any thoughts? I'm truly very concerned. The "narrow road" doesn't seem to be very populated these days.

I don't think it should be a surprise to those who understand what was prophesied to come concerning the falling away from the faith. One could say Donald Trump is a "so called Christian" but no, by no means I would not consider him biblically saved. We know by scripture what Christians are supposed to look like, as in act like,walk like, talk like, which is being Christ like. Living after the lusts of the flesh is not Christ like, and we know that living after the flesh and after the ways of the world is the broad road that leads to destruction.

One could say Donald Trump is a "so called Christian" but no, by no means I would not consider him biblically saved. We know by scripture what Christians are supposed to look like, as in act like,walk like, talk like, which is being Christ like. Living after the lusts of the flesh is not Christ like, and we know that living after the flesh and after the ways of the world is the broad road that leads to destruction.
