yeah, the author...Dr.Passwater, I think it is...I've seen some his stuff, here and there (for everyday readers, not the scientific articles). -very- helpful, for me...I've done much, much better with supplementation that more or less lines up with his recommendations (not on coenzyme q10 right now...tsk tsk...will get some, soon...) than I ever did just popping a Centrum and eating the "standard American diet," etc. Of course...
that's -not- to nitpick America. Questionable, even straight up damaging, diets seem to be the (new?) normal, all over the world, most strata of society. And so...
