According to YOU
is spaghetti and meatballs an Italian dish?

Yeah. I like to ask the important questions.
OF course. My Grandmother (on dad's side) prepared it (and Lisagna, and Ravioli, and Gnocci, and Brasciole) and She was a contract bride from Milan for my Grandfather (A second generation Italian American His father was the immigrant). She thought he was pretty ugly when she first saw him, but they were married for 63 years anyway.

LOL
I guess ugly has its advantages!

One could cook up whatever they want...
BUT
Don't go to Milano and ask for spaghetti and meatballs.

Milan's area (Lombardia) is having big problems with covid right now.
I can't wait till this is all over with.
We're in lockdown again.
☹️

Here in Texas, OUTSIDE of Dallas county, other than folks running around in masks, things are pretty normal. THe restaurants are open, and Traffic on the roads is (if anything) greater than normal. ANd I've never stopped working full time.

This is great.
I believe this was the right path to take.
Here in Italy they tried to stop the virus by locking everyone in their home --- twice already.
So many have lost their jobs --- persons of a certain age won't be able to get them back.
Businesses have closed that cannot reopen.
Restaurants are closing down.
Right now I'm not allowed to leave my town...could you imagine!
Except for health, food, emergency.
1984 is here.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Since Jesus made all of us, there is beauty in all of us.
And in my house my wife was born and raised just outside of Naples, Italy.
And she's the best cook in the world.
Tomorrow is pasta day.
Rigatoni and home made red sauce.
And whatever else she cooks up.
