How do we know one has received the Holy Spirit?

After 6 months, everything began to change: ideas, opinions, attitudes, devouring the word, etc.
Interestingly, years later, I heard Billy Graham testify of the same thing: 6 months!
Made my day!

Scriptures says the Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are sons of God.

So, this is what being born again is all about.
Unforgiveness and refusal to repent is not being born again.
