Depends on how you see that verse.
What was the thorn in the flesh?
Some believe it was his eyes, couldn't see very well.
What you see is an example of Divinely Imposed blindness. What "it" was can be bolded and put in red and people still can't see the obvious. It's hidden in plain and open sight. Yet can not be seen. Or perceived, personally.
