Anyone know where to find a simple Bible? without all the notation and concordance?

I'm looking for a nice softcover (leather) KJV Bible, but one without the glossy picture pages, without the concordance, without maps, without extra notation and cross-referencing. I want something stripped down with nothing but the Word in it. I don't need a huge letter edition, as my eyes are still holding up (for now anyway). My local Christian book store has very few KJV Bibles, and outlets like Amazon are frustrating because those Bibles are "study" Bibles or "student" Bibles or "concordance" Bibles, etc. I have nothing against all those other Bibles - I already own many of them! But I used to have a stripped down soft cover KJV a long time ago. It was perfect, but I gave it to someone in need and I've always wanted to replace it. I have a pastor that rips through the scripture and all that extra stuff makes it hard for me to flip quickly to the proper scripture and keep up with him. Thanks!

Actually I would write down all the scriptures given by the Pastor and read them at home as sometimes they use many and are quick at ripping them off. Maybe if you go to your local book store (non-Christian) or even places like Walmart, Kmart, Dollar General Stores or what ever kind of stores you have in your area like these you should be able to pick up a simple Bible.
