Good morning Solo! I'm likingyour "new" bike a great deal. I'm losing the need for speed on my bike. (sorry Keith!) I'm close to getting a convertible and hitting the open road. I think I'd look much better in that anyway.

Good morning! I look very good in the new "motorcycle", for a one-eyed fat man! LOL

Oh I love my muscle car also. It's a 69 GTO convertible. But with the gas prices, I'm saving more money on my bike. And the girls oh my. Opps hehe... The looks, hmmm I get no looks what you talking about.. LOL

Here's a pick of my ride

Nice ride! I began my freshman year of High School in 1969! 8-)

This is my older brother Jim with his hand built, custom electric scooter. :D
He made it from an electric fork lift motor plus parts and 8 used Optim batteries that were given to him that he brought back to life. :-?

Everything is custom built, including his "Twist" handlebars except the tires and the seat. lol

The scooter cruises nicely at 50 mph and has a range of about 150 miles (on mostly flat land). It doesn't do very well going up the big hills, but it manages. I can't remember how heavy it was, but it's pretty heavy.

I've only been on it a couple times when I go back to Wa. to visit, but it's pretty cool to ride on in an erie kind of way since it's silent! Ohh, but you have to watch for the speed bumps.

Keith,
That's a nice 69 GTO! I used to be the proud owner of a 68 as well! Man I miss that car! I was doing low 12's with 272 gears!

Here's a pic of my 1968 Stovebolts before I tore her apart.

She was a lot of fun to drive before I bent a leaf spring and tore out the driveshaft... I've got a total of 17 gallons of gas ran through the engine. It should dyno over 500hp when I eventually get her in for some fine tuning!

I just posted a recent video of my "Stovebolts" on Utube, but it's not done processing yet. For those that are interested, you can search for 68StoveBolts :)
