Are First sons and daughters destined by God to do better than other younger sons and daughter? Seems the bible wants it that way that: first sons should be more prosperous (taking decision more)....same with first daughter towards the younger daughters in every family.

Generally, but not always. While the Torah is specific about firstborn rights and responsibilities, when the plan of God is under way firstborn rights are not exactly set in stone. For example: Ishmael was Abraham's firstborn (sort of), yet God chose Isaac to get the blessing and the Covenant. Esau was Isaac's firstborn, yet God chose Jacob to get the blessing and the Covenant. And Joseph was the 11th of 12 sons, yet he got a double portion and served as an archetype (shadow) of the Messiah.

It may cause a lot of problems if first sons and daughters are not better off than the younger ones. There may be jealousy and frustration, could lead to murder. (I'm currently monitoring a case).

Yes, it does cause problems! Look at the strife between Jacob and Esau today! Esau (the Arabs) are STILL disputing the birthright blessing that was passed from him to his brother Jacob!

Interestingly, Hebrews 10.9 says: 'He taketh away the first, that He may establish the second'.

What really matters is for us to make sure we ourselves are in the current of God's will, and are seeking spiritual, rather than earthly, prosperity.

1 Samuel 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

1 Samuel 16:11 And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.

1 Samuel 16:13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.

I think it is interesting (in reference to your question) to note that Salomon was not David's first born either.

I think our willingness to obey has much more to do with our fulfillment than birth order.

Hmm..thought provocating scripture.

And yes to seek spiritual prosperity. As my daughter says the other benefits will follow.
