Are we born with a moral code?

Does God give us a moral code when we are born?

New Haven, Connecticut (CNN) -- It is one of life's biggest questions: Are we born knowing the difference between good and evil? Or are we taught our moral beliefs by parents and society?
Philosophers and psychologists have long believed that babies are born "blank slates," and that it is the role of parents and society to teach babies the difference between right and wrong; good and bad; mean and nice.
But a growing number of researchers now believe differently. They believe babies are in fact born with an innate sense of morality, and while parents and society can help develop a belief system in babies, they don't create one. A team of researchers at Yale University's Infant Cognition Center, known as The Baby Lab, showed us just how they came to that conclusion.
Dr. Karen Wynn runs the Baby Lab, and she and her team have been studying the minds and behaviors of babies for decades. About eight years ago they began running a series of studies on babies under 24 months to see how much these babies understand about good and bad behavior.
The first test is the simplest. Show a baby an example of good behavior, and then an example of bad behavior, then let the baby decide what she likes.

There is obviously an innocence to child hood. Why else would Jesus say Mathew 18:3 "And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven"

I think the flesh is evil and I suppose this includes children. Children haven't experienced enough, or been exposed to, temptations to reveal this fully maybe. I think children have a humble nature and Jesus pointed this out because the disciples were asking who is greatest in Heaven.

Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

I think, that the tree at Adam ate from was the knowledge of Good and evil.
Sometimes some of us tend to think that it was only evil so that is all we naturally know, but it wasn't.
But I don't think children can always figure it out on their own. They need guidance to sort it all out.
It's good to share......etc.

I am just wondering if God gives us all a code within us when we are born to know there is a God.That way no one can say that they never were exposed to God.

God has revealed Himself to everyone through Creation I think. Also we have a curious nature that seeks and questions and I suggest everyone, at some stage in their life, muses over God.

Ecc 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

I agree. God said that He has revealed Himself in creation. That man is without excuse and can find Him if they seek Him.

Rom_1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Act 17:18-34
Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

Hebrews 9 speaks of the blood of Christ through the eternal Spirit purging the conscience from dead works (Hebrews 9.14): this presupposes we are moral beings with a need to be cleansed. Blessings.

I think this is the answer to the question above? What do you think?

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself giveth to you a sign, Lo, the Virgin is conceiving, And is bringing forth a son, And hath called his name Immanuel,
Isa 7:15 Butter and honey he doth eat, When he knoweth to refuse evil, and to fix on good.
Isa 7:16 For before the youth doth know To refuse evil, and to fix on good, Forsaken is the land thou art vexed with, because of her two kings.
