The word "angel" also means messenger.

Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ . . He sent and signified
it by His angel (Jesus’ messenger) unto his servant John.
Revelation Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him (The angel giving John the Revelation of Christ). And he said unto me, See thou do it not:
I am thy fellowservant, and
of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Revelation 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
It was the Father whom gave the Son Christ Jesus the revelation of him to so his servants, then he sent his angel to John.
Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ,

We have no idea what angels actually look like so it is not revealed to us, but we are told to entertain strangers who may be angels.
When Jesus arose, did he have flesh and bones? Yes he did, for he said so. All government are ministers of God, messengers

We are to be being trained up to rule and reign with Christ(The Word) as kings and priests, however not all will make it for many are called, but few chosen, if all were chosen to rule and reign, who would we rule over?
