I was asked to explain this question but it would have been off topic and thus, here I am.
I presented this question to another teacher because they were teaching on a matter that runs, horizontally opposed to what God has taught us to be truth. In Gen. 9:
6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Today, it is very common for folks to cast the Old Testament, as it is known today, in the trash bucket. And as a result, the very foundation of the New Testament is cast away making it of no import. But the truth is that God created the spirit of man in God's own image and when a man chooses to murder anyone, he or she has not only sinned but has struck a blow at God Himself. And so it is that God, before the, misnamed, Mosaic Law, commanded man to kill the man or woman that dares such blasphemy.
I'm going to make this short and see where this goes.
