You don't deserve a response. Because what you are doing is actually avoidance. Pretence. Pretending you don't understand. I've seen you do it several times. You don't need clarification.

I got asked by a young school student if i have mental health issues. I asked why they are asking me that question and they said it was a survey there teacher told them to do.

What on earth is that. Its private and confidential information between a patient and there doctor and no one elses business unless a patient is happy to tell someone there personal health issues. Going around asking people if they got mental health issues. Lol.
