The sky is blue because blue light is shorter-wave and higher-frequency, therefore more susceptible to scattering due to its higher-energy, and is stripped out by airborne molecules as sunlight travels through the atmosphere.

Grass is green because of chlorophyll.

Also, clouds are white because the relatively large water droplets that make up clouds reflect the entire visible spectrum in such a way as to...oh, holy heck, the sky is blue and grass is green and clouds are white because God made them and He likes pretty colors and He created an amazing universe of astonishing beauty.
