Asking For A Miracle Here....

This may not be the best place to post this seeing as not a great deal of people here would likely condone the celebration of Christmas....but....

A couple years ago, I found this charming candle lamp at a neighborhood Smith's. Just this year, my father was taking down Christmas decorations and things from their places in the garage...and in short....it broke. He is truly devastated. So now I know the top thing on his Christmas list. Only problem is....I am not sure if I can find them at Smith's this year. I am going to double check, but I do not recall seeing any. I have already e-mailed customer service in regards of sales of these items.

Does anyone possibly know where I can get some charming christmas, scented candle lamps?

For the one I originally purchased for my father had a cinnamon or apple pie scented candle within it and was more or less a lamp. For it had a lamp shade top and the candle was placed in a lamp like structure with intricate or cute Christmas design upon it. It was not too costly, but I am alright with spending a little....just no more than fifty if possible.

If anyone...has any information that could be helpful to me....please share. This is really important to me. It is a matter of bringing a smile to a loved one's face who has had a trying year.

I ask that I am not judged, ridiculed or the like over this matter. Also that this does NOT turn into some form of Christmas debate. That this thread is simply kept to the topic....helping a young woman get her father a heart warming Christmas present that was lost just earlier this year.

Thank you.....

I don't see the issues with celebrating Christmas, the holiday for spending time with family and friends and giving gifts to make others happy. Fits right in with the bible if you ask me. Anyways, I have no idea what you are looking for exactly but, and this may be a stupid question, did you check ebay or other such sites? I just searched 'christmas candle lamps' and came up with results such as this.

Is it something along those lines? I'm not sure what Smith's is so I don't know if you are looking for something specific or not. Sorry if this doesn't help and I wish you luck in finding one.

LL, if you know the company who made the lamp, you might try Replacements Ltd. They can be a little spendy, but one can replace "irreplaceable" items from them. If you don't know the company who made them, Smiths might be able to help with that.

Here's their link: http://www.replacements.com/

I do hope you find a replacement for your dad. What a great Christmas surprise that would be!

Something like that yes. The ones at Smiths I will admit were a bit cheap, but they were very festive and cute. As I said though, I am willing to bend a bit...if I can. Know that a number of us are tight right now in funding.

i wish you luck, and even though i have issues with the day and such things of chritsmas, the concept isnt bad at all. i allow the remnant of the jw programming to ruin this holiday alot.

I have not had much light come out of this effort this far. However, I am still looking. If anyone has any ideas...please let me know.
