Hi Holy,
Just because someone has a high IQ doesn't mean that they will be more moral than others, or less moral than others.

I believe a person's intelligence has nothing to do with their moral values.
It SHOULD because they should understand that not being moral is bad for the society as a whole.
But apparently a person's moral values depend totally on something else.
Maybe their willingness to follow God's laws?

You forget that God's view is that All have sinned.
There is no intellectual level over which people don't sin, all that is every person has and continues to sin.
