John's gospel is different then the other gospels. Fate has destroyed Christian's even from the beginning. Fate is once a man is born he must die. But Jesus has not fate but faith. How many Christians went straight to heaven? Below we see the sea of the dead. Why because the dead rise first.

John 5:24
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

But here we do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars, but go straight to heaven. The way it's stated you leave the body before the flesh dies.

John 8:51
Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

Why has fate still ruled in Christians today? Can any keep Jesus sayings

John 8:52
Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

I would be thankful if many would chime in so to help with these scriptures. Thank you

Death entered the world through the sin of Adam and Eve. Afterwards God declared man is mortal. Since then, other than by Gods direct actions, man has been appointed to die "once". To die "twice" as in the 2nd death, to me, is a choice made. The 2nd death has no power over those raised to life by Jesus on the last day.
God desires all to choose life not death. We are the branches, that receive nourishment from the true Vine, Jesus, and live by and through Him not of ourselves. Every branch not found in Him withers and dies. Such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire.

Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”
24Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”
25Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
27“Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

God is Spirit and we worship Him in Spirit and truth. When we break that fellowship as Adam did then it becomes a type of death in that we no longer have that Spiritual relationship with God which leaves us spiritually dead inside.

The Biblical definition of spiritual death is the absence of having spiritual life, which is only available in the Lord Jesus Christ. When Adam broke that fellowship he had with God by being disobedient he broke that Spiritual relationship with God and became Spiritually dead within his inner man.

Isa 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Rom 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Rom 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Rom 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Eph 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

1John 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

There are two types of death mentioned in scripture beginning with Adam. One is physical death and the other is Spiritual death. Not everyone will die before the return of Christ on the last day, but those who are already in their grave and those alive at the return of Christ who are Spiritually dead will have their part in the second death as death and the grave will be cast into the lake of fire in final judgement when the books are opened.

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Over 500,000 persons missing in United States every year. Out of them how many didn't die and meet the requirements of following Jesus completely. So let me get this correct now. Death and Hell will be emptied in the time to come but not stated another will be created. Lake of fire to remain. But currently we have the dead in Christ, the dead, them alive, and by that verse, those that did not taste death as I see it also that have went to be with Jesus.

Question did John ever die. Revelations says He is to preach to the nations again. Did He write Jesus words correctly when Jesus spoke to him alone. I would say so. Jesus loved John very much I'd say.

The thing with this is we are not speaking of death and many scriptures of death and I know them because I study. We are speaking not of death. No positive account of Johns death. All assume because of fate. FATE was created by Satan and Jesus remove fate. Whoever has wrote about it err in their thoughts.

What is fate?

Whether one is alive or physically in the grave at the coming of Christ, if they have not been Spiritually born again by God's grace through through faith in Christ Jesus their judgement will be that of being cast into the lake of fire, Rev 20:11-15. When Christ returns it will be for final judgement, Matthew 24:29-31; John 5:28-29, Rev 20 calls this the great white throne judgement. At that time this present heaven and earth will pass away, 2Peter 3:9-10; Rev 21:1-5 and all things made new again as then the New Jerusalem will be ushered down from heaven.

It is important to know that no one has ever ascended up to heaven John 3:13.

Yes, john died around the year 99AD. He too waits in his grave until the coming of the Lord. Everything the Prophets and Apostles wrote were the inspired words of God in what He had them write, 2Timothy 3:17-17.

Actually everyone's fate is in their own hands as they can reject God and find themselves cast into the lake of fire, or they can claim Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We pay the consequences by the choices we make whether bad or good. New Jerusalem or the lake of fire as God is not going to force anyone in making a decision.

Hi FHG
Do you believe Jesus is coming back 1 x at the end or 2 x?

Hi FHG
Do you believe Jesus is coming back 1 x at the end or 2 x?
Jesus only returns 1 time on the last day and makes an end to all abominations here on this present earth, Matthew 24:29-31; Rev 19:11-21.

Satan took autogenes from one of the upper realms and put flesh on them so that he could rule over them. That would be us.

As far as John 3 v 13
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

States if man is to go to heaven he must have first descended. Saying Christ has also has, that the way is showed to us that we may follow.

And as far as the seals, trumpets, Christ can and will remove any from this prison as He wants to at any time He wishes.

21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

Being dead or alive if he calls you will leave at any time.

John11
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

This was agreed on before He created us.

John 12
49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

I love the books of John all of them

Fate has destroyed Christian's even from the beginning. Fate is once a man is born he must die
It is God who has determined our destination, not a pagan belief in fate.see
John 10: 28' I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.’
