Believing Must Be The First Step, Right?

The Godhead is NOT 3 persons, the Godhead IS 3 Manifestations of the One True God.
This is the error called Modalism.

Here is a command for you:
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved for it is with your heart that you believe and are Justified and by your mouth that you confess and are saved."

Paul was emphatic. Justification is by faith alone. In fact he fought hard against people who thought they were saved by their works.
Repentance and works accompany true faith but they have nothing to do with salvation except being evidence of it.

I do not believe they were saved. Paul and John tell me so.

Acts 5:3 But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

1 John 5:18 We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

Again, here we have unconverted people joining the Church and then lying to Peter.
It never even says they were believers. They are only mentioned in 10 verses and it starts out:
Acts 5:1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession.

It doesn't say "a Christian couple did this" or "a believing couple did this" it doesn't even say "a couple from the Church" did this. You have to make them born again believers to fit your theology.
Whatever---- Of course you are entitled to your opinion on this. It isn't worth the argument actually. But if you can, go to the link about Samothrace. That island is only mentioned in Acts 16:11--and the link shows you that the island is 1611 meters at highest elevation. Coincidence? Could be--but very doubtful. What are the odds that an island, mentioned once in the Bible in Acts 16:11 is 1611 meters high?

What is continued sin evidence of ?
A lack of true faith.
