Worst Christmas movie ever:

In the first few minutes of the movie a couple are shown having sex (no nudity shown).

I shut it off immediately and watched something else. Don't know the name of the movie......don't care.

BEST Christmas movie ever:

Scrooge, of course, 1953 English version

Honorable mention:

Prancer (it was filmed in the town and area I grew up in)

Best Christmas movie ever:
It's a Wonderful Life
1946 Frank Capra
Because it shows how each and every person is important and the world would be different without that person in it.

Honorable mentions because it was so well done:
A Christmas Carol
2009 Robert Zemeckis
Because it shows how we could change our lives by believing we could make a difference and desiring to.

th

I can't think of a worst. I try not to watch bad movies.

Wondering

Worst Christmas movie?
Don't know.
Has to be one of those Hallmark channel movies where everyone is rich but unhappy, then in the end they are all happy and rich together.
In my world, I can't relate to that.

Best Christmas movie ever?
Has to be; Reba Conquers Godzilla on Christmas!
It's a classic!
Don't miss it!

I always thought reba was deadly with a gun and that rolling pin .I saw that she stared godzilla down then smacked him with a rolling pin.godzilla repented and got Jesus .

Reba
I'm shocked!
I though you were a nice person!!

I knew I shouldn't have watched it, given your quote.

But I did watch it. Now I'm traumatised. How sad. This will be I imprinted on my mind for ever.
Poor old, poor old Godzilla. Out on his daily walk, going about his business and he inadvertently steps on a baby deer.

Christmas may never be the same for me now, or Godzilla and definitely not for Bambi.

Off course it had to be the English version.

Although I do like the version Scrooged with Bill Murray.

To be honest I like any version of the story. A man changed for the better.

Watch Reba beat the daylights out of Godzilla.
You can get it on Amazon Prime I think......

On Thanksgiving I watched 'The Christmas Bunny' (great winter scenes from SW Michigan where I'm from). I realized about half way through that the old lady in the movie was Florence Henderson! I called my wife over and asked her who that was. She couldn't guess. Then I flip on my computer Friday morning to see that Florence Henderson had died that day. (Cue Twilight Zone music)
