I honor my parents alot. I do my best, and I try to listen to them. they have taught us many things that have helped us and are still helping us in life. One of their principles is: be content with what you have - don't go borrowing (or at least try as much as possible not to).
Some are debtors already. The money they make today already belongs to the people that they borrowed from. So, when such salaries come, these debtors are not happy at all. They already know that someone is already waiting to have that money.
I know christians should assist one another. This is biblical. However, never make borrowing a habit. Don't be a debtor.
But, how right are my parents? Should someone really perish in want and lack and not go borrowing?
