This will be fun and enlightening. Answer a question, make a question just like before. :)

I'll go first, lol.

The word Selah appears 71 times in Psalms. In what other book does the word Selah also appear?

I could make this multiple guess I suppose but we'll try it this way first. This is a good one I think. (yay computers, lol) :)

Habukkuk. Sorry brother. :)

Here's an easier one.

How did the Israelites declare David their new king?

Here you go, how about multiple guess for s hint?

Having a Feast?
Making a sacrifice to God?
Sung one of the Hymns David wrote?
Anointing with oil over his head?
Casting stones?

:)

Is it really Habakkuk where Selah occurs as well? :) Interesting...

Well he was anointed. Thats about all i know. So from the options i will take a guess and go with 'Anointed with oil'.

With the options i can only guess 'Anointed with oil' or 'Casting stones'. But i go with Oil.

That's exactly right brother. They anointed him with Oil. Poured it over his head if I remember right! :)

Your turn to ask some trivia.

J...J...Jathnell? Something like that? :chin

OK...Did Moses take two or seven of each animal on the Ark. Easy one, early in the morning, lol!

Did you mean his fourth son or a son that he brought forth? :couch

Ah, you caught it! Thought I could get you before the coffee kicked in, lol. It was indeed Noah. Trick question. I've caught people with that before. Why unclean animals also? I do not know brother. Your turn.

Jesus. :)

That was too easy! lol.

Here's a hard one, which people possessed the land of Ziklag in scripture? (I'll take geography for 1000 Alex, lol.)

Hint:

A) Akkadians
B) Amalekites
C) Philistines
D) Israelites

because exodus is written after the time of the tablets with the 613 laws and levitical laws on food were given to the isrealites orally. so the first audience would know what that meant. genesis was orally passed from each saint unto moses whom penned it.

Suppose the first few books would have been originally engraved in stone or something, they would not have had ink pens and paper back then.

Ok. :topic

Its so easy to go off topic. You started it jason. :shame

:cool2
actually the Abrahams day did have written codes. the Egyptians used papyrus long before moses came on the scene.

Oh, that was Esau. I read that yesterday.

What woman was raped in Genesis? (Extra points for what the perpetrator was sentenced to for it.)

Going from memory. Was it Jacobs daughter when they had a party with some tribe they come across, then the 12 brothers got all angry and took revenge, and wasted them, all and took the land, and Jacob got all mad because they went behind his back. Something like that.

That's mostly right. Jacobs daughter Dinah. Two sons of Jacob killed them all after telling them that if all of their men got circumcised they would do it. They did it and were circumcised and then the two sons slew them all while they were sore from being circumcised.

Your turn.

Whoa. I'm drawing a complete blank on that one brother. Dangit!

I know the problem here. :study (<that needs to be me!)
