The last time I had a drink, let alone at an Oktoberfest, was in 1988.
Every year, friends of the family had an Oktoberfest stall, selling home-made pottery (Beer steins included).

First and last time I tried this. I was trying to do an album cover art. The original struck me with the strong graphic elements, and this seemed like a good way to go.

I've only been to October festival when I lived in Milwaukee in the early 80's. Good music, good bier and very nice German and Polish girls and I was single back then. Oh to be young again. lol


Might be why I enjoy that old Banda Ranchera music from time to time too.
