From what I've heard abortions are only "safe" if they are performed surgically in a clinic. The abortion by pills is harmful to the mother because at a clinic at least they look to make sure they've removed the body. The abortions by a pill kill the baby but don't always work to get rid of it's body in the womb. Making the women very sick.

This is a horrible thing for more reasons then just the horror that is abortion killing babies in great numbers, (while being accepted and encouraged).
