My city almost never gets Christian concerts, other than the occasional M.W.S. concert which I would never go to. Well, tonight Tree63 is supposed to be playing but a huge blizzard has been going since morning and the roads are deadly. Looks like we won't be going. :sad

At least Switchfoot's coming in January. Just need to get tickets.

sad where do you live in canada. could go to say new york state other u.s state without straining the pocketbook.

Well here in Australia we don't get many overseas tours and when we do they're really expensive. So you're not the only one!

I missed switchfoot when they last came out 2 years ago as tickets sold out real fast and they only did 1 show in Australia. They recently did an Asia-Pacific tour that didn't include Australia :sad.

I'm more on the western side of things. They must have some other shows in Canada yet but I can't seem to find their tour dates online. There wasn't a whole lot of advertising for this show either which is weird.

That's kind of bizarre actually. One show for Australia isn't at all fair.

Well usually they do at least 1 show in the major cities: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, but they were just coming here for the big exo day.

I think the reason we get ripped off is becasue it's so expensive to come here. :sad.
But while they'r ehere they may as well make the most of it.
When Bon Jovi came last year tickets averaged AU$300. I think that's about US$280 or something like that. That was pretty expensive. On average most conerts are at least AU$120 or about $100 US.
