Idk man. I don't think that mundane hobbies are necessarily "better" than "holy" ones. Play Chess or Checkers if you want to. Collect stamps maybe. Collect cool looking rocks, or maybe bottle caps.

But whatever you do, make sure God is still the higher priority.

I'm not quite sure what would meet the definition of a "holy" hobby o_o

To think of a hobby that isn't exactly challenging a person's morality is gardening, homesteading, thinking of ways to help others/passing along kindness, looking for ways to reach people and tell them about Jesus, cooking, cleaning, painting, drawing, fishing, etc.

Wood working. Quilting. Cooking and baking.

I do the first. My wife the 2nd. She cooks and bakes and I bake.

Instead of holy hobbies I would see it more as holy passions that whatever you do needs to bring glory and honor to the Lord as we put Him first in all things we do.
