ok, can we get some peer reviewed actually science backing that up.

i havent seen much that way, and its been looked into.

I like to get emails from Dr. Douglass >>> The Douglass Report

According to him, soy and soy-based products is nature's closest thing to estrogen (and he jokes about the effect of effeminate men) and actually increases cancer. The same goes with corn-based products. If you notice, everything in our food supply has these two things added.

Instead, he praises meat-based and raw vegetable (like Atkins) in our diet PROVIDED that the meat is not tainted (i.e. hormones and anti-biotics) and the milk is raw. He decries FEDS that use swat teams to shut down a kid's roadside farm stand (instead of going after real criminals) if they try to sell raw milk and blasts the crooked diary industry and government.

medicines like cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetic, etc are not needed because they don't really cure the ailment, and as a matter of fact make them worse oftentimes with nasty side-effects.

Overall, I agree with him, although I am hesitant to label foods as corn and soy bad (in moderation) the same way that the mainline medical establishment is in highly severe error by denouncing meats, cheese, diary, eggs and salt. I don't want to be like them by claiming any food is bad.

I think the key is to what is closest to natural without man-made or man-altered foods? As soon as man puts his spin on foods by processing them, then that's when we run into trouble.

let me ask you this, as i can agree with this.

the original corn or early plants arent the same as in the bible days.

for instance corn has rust and that was 'fixed" otherwise starvation would be far worse.

Yeah, I think that's what this doctor also talks about. It's not corn, or soy, or meat, or milk or anything else per se, but what has been done to it is the problem (as these foods have always been around). This is why I take vitamins because it's an impossibility (or extremely difficult) to "get everything you need in a balanced diet" when man for instance stripped our grains (refined them), and "added back everything we need" and then some, usually corn syrup to sweeten it ---- check out a typical bread's ingredients in the supermarket. And even vitamins are not free from this assault! That's why I go way beyond the RDA because I doubt their potency, even though they boast they are made from natural food sources and guarantee the potency.
