That does look pretty nasty, lol. A polish guy I knew years ago came to America and couldn't read or speak english very well and bought a can of Crisco thinking it was a canned chicken...

I've canned Chicken before in smaller boneless pieces and it didn't come out anything like that. Guess they kept the broth to sell separately.

I was wanting to try canning some bone in like that, but now IDK?
