Not really: when both are Christians but with different approaches to life.

E,g the rivalry between the youth and the church leaders. Hope its clear now.

Same happens at home at times

I did not grow up in a Christian home.I knew who Jesus was but I was not a believer for several years after leaving home.My first husband was not a believer and my second one was a believer "in word only".One brother came to Christ and became a born-again believer the other brother was a scientist and was an atheist.

Well I didn't really begin to question my parent's fundamentalist legalism until I was old enough to make my own decisions on those things.

The youth group at my church does have different tastes than the adults in the church (was in the youth group until recently, though will still hang around as a helper), but there aren't any problems between them and the church so far as I'm aware. The youth group kinda does it's own thing and operates almost separately, though nothing the church would disapprove of.
