Now are you an independent thinker or a sheeple? Don't give me "supporting my claims" bullsplat. I can find authorities that back up anything I say, and I'm not one to take things lightly. I'm dead serious in what I say. I get sick and tired of them shoveling their "health advice" down my throat, and people have been following it, and are sicker and dying earlier than ever and then want me to join them in their supposed health quest as well. If anyone can't see that this is the work of the beast's system, then God help them is all I can say. Geeeez. No wonder I believe in the Illuminati. :lol

Just read your other thread and I hope you don't think I'm advocating BP medicine here. However, there are natural foods that one can take to help keep your blood pressure lowered, and of course exercise is also very important.

You might know this.. My brother told me about it years ago. It's that little L- before some supplements and is supposed to stand for "Left Spin" Take L-Lysing (sp) for example. A good dose of that combined with C and it'll clean your arteries right out. Anyway, atoms spin left or right. Most spin left I think, which makes them easier for the body to assimilte where right spinners are harder on the body. BTW, I heard pork spun right too, just like crayfish and lobster... something to make you go hummm..

Anyway, I have never really been able to find any of this other from my brother. Have you heard of any of this?

nope, historically the cranmans have supported the left and possibly when in russia did indeed support socialism.

its possible in that one can by traditional tendency and by knowledge of origins of the jewish voter cleary tell if one has a socialist in the family tree.jews from germany are capitialist and jews from poland and russia that fled ere the red revolution tend to pass on that vote as socialists.
 
Normally, I just workout with DVD's indoors when it's too cold for me to go out. I used to run/jog and take long walks in the cold, but I had always winded up getting sick with a cold or the flu (no matter how much I layered up and such). So I just do Aerobic DVD, Pilates DVD, and light weight training DVD. It's great and I still get the same amount workout as I would outdoors. :yes
