Hi All....Just wanted to ask everyone and anyone to give me input as to what they would like to see in a Christian Magazine- what sort of things u like to read about and such like?
I am thinking of starting a christian youth and young adults magazine...but will have to see how it goes

I like reading about people's testimonies of how they came to Christ or how they got through a tough time with the Lord by their side.

I don't want to discourage you, but I do believe there are already some Christian youth and young adults magazines out there. I guess I just see it as a hard market to compete in. If you find some kind of niche within youth, that could make it more profitable. Sometimes the smaller the niche, the better you do!

In the country I live in, South Africa, I don't know of any Christian Youth magazines at the moment..there were a few that are no longer running.
But nothing is definate yet...

Oh, ok, if you're in South Africa that might be a totally different venture, then. If youth over there don't have access to the American youth magazines, then you could have a great idea!

Maybe you could do a search online for Christian youth magazines and get some ideas of what readers in that age group like to read about.

I would love to see some personal finance and advice on money related topics - there are way too many christians living their lives in financial shambles and God has called us to more... I am writing similar type articles for another christian magazine, so let me know if you need help in this area...
