RCIA/OCIA (I'm gonna be Catholic soon)

Yes i have English translations on the earliest manuscripts and so do you. There are many versions. The good versions, that is to say the best versions having a footnote informing us that most manuscripts including all of the old ones do not have The last half of that chapter of Mark. That means early Christians did not have those verses. It was added later is the most likely scenario.

Sacraments are the same as works they're just new Testament versions of laws and entirely negate the spirit of everything Jesus taught.

I was baptized a couple years after I got saved. I wanted to make a public statement about what God had already done for me. Baptism is a symbol of being washed of our sin and raising dead to sins power over us. I was washed of my sins centuries before I was even born.
Abraham was washed of his sins centuries after he died by the very same act. The death of Jesus.
the sacraments are the PROMISES OF GOD!

a sacred promise of God is an oath and an oath is a sacrament!

God's works not ours!
you can't baptize yourself!
you can't enter yourself Jn 3:5 an entrance must be administered unto you 2 pet 1:11

acts 2:38-39

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

God's promise in ez 36:25-27

25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

Let's hope the Apostolic church continues....

If baptism is only a symbol of being washed...
then is the NT misrepresenting baptism?
The NT states that baptism washes away sin and gifts us with the Holy Spirit.

I'm not saying if we don't get baptized we go to hell...
I'm saying that baptism has to be more than just a symbol...
or it's of no use.
ordinarily required!

meaning if it's readily available we cannot reject it

the nicean creed states
one baptism for the remission of sin.
eph 4:5 & acts 22:16

they have intent to worship an idol, hindu's etc yes not catholics

You are no doubt aware of the incidents in the OT when people did what they thought was best, but was not in line with Gods command and they suffered.

The guy who tried to steady the Ark as it was carried on a cart comes to mind.

We bow, kneel before God and pray to him only.

Simply because what they are doing is not Christian.
I wouldn't say that incorrect doctrine is not Christian.

Are you also this concerned about persons that believe in OSAS?
Are you this concerned about persons that believe in FAITH ONLY?
Are you this concerned about Calvinism, which changes the very nature of God?
What about those that claim good works are not needed in Christianity?
Is that a Christian belief?

If I tell you that the CC DOES NOT TEACH worshipping Mary....
do you not believe me?
Why would I lie?

There are doctrines in the CC I cannot agree with,
worshipping Mary is not one of them because Catholics are not supposed
to be worshipping Mary.

I personally have never knelt before a Saint or Mary. I have asked for intercession, yes. I have prayed rosary many times.
rosary excellent!

do you sat the Angelus and the 7 sorrows devotion?

our prayers are directed to God (who alone can hear and answer prayer) thru the intercession of the saints rev 5:8 with the ministering angels. Heb 1:14

Jesus Christ is the Head of the church Eph 5:23 the only mediator 1 Tim 2:5 and chief intercessor, makes intercession for the saints! (The church) Rom 8:26-27 8:34 heb 7:25

The saints also make intercession!

1 Timothy 2:1
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

Revelation 5:8
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Revelation 8:3
And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

Revelation 8:4
And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

James 5:16 …The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. How much more the Mother of God? Christ honors Mary! Honor Thy father and mother!

Prayers and intercession of the saints!

Bowing means worship / adoration?

Does Solomon worship / adore his mother as a god? 1 kings 2:19

Do the brothers worship / adore Joseph as a god? Gen 42:6

Did Israel venerate the holy of holies and the temple and the ark?

Leviticus 19:30
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

1 Kings 1:31
Then Bathsheba bowed with her face to the earth, and did reverence to the king, and said, Let my lord king David live for ever.

Esther 3:2 And all the king's servants, that were in the king's gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman: for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence.

Ephesians 5:33
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Intermediary?
Num 21:7 Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.
(Did they go and confess to God?)

There is a difference between veneration of Mary and worship of Jesus. This was formalized in writing way back in 757 AD at the Seventh General Council:

Latria - adoration that is given to the Trinity alone; occurs 5 times in the Bible but always refers to God (Jn 16:2, Rm:9:4, 12:6, Heb 9:1,6)

Hyper-dulia - veneration to Mary (as the mother of God)

Dulia - honor paid to saints and angels; occurs 5 times in the Bible (Rm 8:15, 21; Gal 4:24, 5:1; Heb 2:15)

There are plenty of Old Testament references that distinguish veneration from worship. "Then Moses went out to meet his father in law, and he bowed down and kissed him." (Exo 18:7)...(also 1 Chron 29:20, 1 Sam 24:8)

Philemon 1: 4 I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,

Anyone in the entire communion of saints can intercede for each other, including those who have gone before is marked with the sign of faith!

God of the living!

Matthew 22:32
I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Jn 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
