Church Transition

Mayhem time! Bedlam! Political chaos!

Why and why and why should some pastors or church owners want to hand over everything to a relative. A pastor dies and the wife takes over the church. A pastor gets old and after transition the younger brother, sister, son or daughter takes over. Why should some churches follow this worldly political nonsense? Is it a business firm, the church?

Only few men of God say: God will provide the next president, pastor, leader etc

I think it's more of a matter of thinking the anointing will continue through the family line...like it did in the OT.

In the New Testament 'pastors and teachers' (Ephesians 4.11) were in the plural; no question of a dynasty. Paul exhorted the elders (plural) at Ephesus (Acts 20.28).
