2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
It's the Spiritually renewed inner man that is in Christ that will stand in His judgement, but yet for now we still live in a fleshly body that will fall short at times and it is those times when we need to confess our moments of fleshly unrighteousness (sin) so there will be no bad deeds found in us. It's usually the sin of what we allow our mouth to speak that defiles the whole body, James 3:5,6.
We are alive in Christ and raised up with Him and seated with Him in heavenly places (not literally, but Spiritually), Colossians 3:1-4. We are made righteous by that of Gods righteousness that sees us as being perfect before Him. God does not count our sins against us after we believed in Christ and walk not after the flesh, but walk after the Spirit. God is aware that we will mess up at times and is quick to chastise us for correction as a good Father should as when we are disciplined we will remain holy before Him.
Ephesians 2:4-8; Romans 8:1; Hebrews 12:4-13; John 6:37,39.
I am secure in my salvation that Jesus paid the price for all sin as I am now made righteous through that of Gods righteousness and that He can not see any sin in me for I have been forgiven when I confessed Christ as my Lord and Savior and now am of God and no one can snatch me out of His hands, John 10:27-30.
Jesus paid the price for all sin, but all sin is only forgiven in those who accept Jesus as Lord and Savior through that of the Spiritual rebirth, John 3:5-7, by making confession of faith in Him, Romans 10:9, 10. Our Spiritual inner man can no longer sin as we are seen perfect in the eyes of God as we are seated in heavenly places above, Ephesians 2:4-10. Being that we are still housed in this fleshly body the flesh will sin if we allow ourselves to get into the flesh and I am sure we all do at times, but even though we have been forgiven for all sin God will still chastise or another word discipline us as a faithful Father as He corrects us, Hebrews 12:4-13.
Do we keep crucifying Christ for the forgiveness of our sins, God forbid.
Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will we do, if God permit. 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: 8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. 8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
A true believer is kept secure by the power of God as we are sealed for the day of redemption. None who are Spiritually born again walking in obedience to God's commands and stature can ever have their names blotted out of the Lamb's book of life written before the foundation of the world. Salvation is God's work in us and not our own as it's God's power that keeps us as by grave we are saved, not through continuance of repentance as we do not continue to crucify Christ over and over.
Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. 6 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
The only names written in the Lamb's book of life before the foundation of the world are those who God already knows are His own. Many think they are just because they believe in His name, but have no relationship/fellowship with Him as they are not Spiritually born again and indwelled with the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
The Holy Spirit is the fire that is within us that empowers us in our actions and attitudes. It's when we do what is wrong is when we grieve the Holy Spirit as we are not allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal himself the way he wants to. It's the Holy Spirit that convicts us of sin and when we are convicted then we must confess our sin in order to be forgiven as God cleanses us from all unrighteousness. All our sins past, present and future will be forgiven, but it's up to us to confess them before the Father.
