I'll admit, this is self-serving, as I sometimes find cooking videos with food that I try to prepare for myself. So, I'll share some, I hope you'll share some, and things will go swimmingly.

Here's one I tried recently for cheesy naan bread, and it turned out pretty well. It takes a bit of time, but it's not very complicated, and the results were very good.

This is something I've done a few times, or others have fixed, and it's come out well each time. It's the kind of simple dish that I like to make.

It's a flexible recipe, it works with any reasonable ingredients. I usually put sausage in it, and potatoes, onion, carrots, and a can of peas as well as a can of tomato juice.

Spices are to taste as well. In one video I saw, the cook added different spices to each layer.

I greatly enjoyed the results the times I've made this dish.

I make something like this whenever leftovers have piled up a bit in the refrigerator. I usually call it clean out day. At our annual M.A.N. Camp, we usually plan the last morning's meal called skillet scramble where we take all the leftovers from the weekend, mix them up on a flat top grill and add eggs to call it a breakfast.

One of the hits that I got was when we had leftover deep fried walleye. I chop it up, add chopped onion, chopped peppers, chopped pickles, mayo, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, hot sauce or anything else I can find in the refrigerator and throw in a little salt and pepper to taste. Makes a great chip dip.

Ever since I did it the first time, they make it a point to fry up extra fish so I can make another one. No one turns out the same as the last because the ingredients available may change.

I haven't yet tried to make this. It's one of those complicated and involved recipes that I admit makes me nervous to try. But the end results look very good.

Found out about Scotch Eggs a few years ago in an egg-based recipe book. I like these a lot.

This is something I've made several times, and like a lot.

Outside of tomatoes, tomato sauce, and the eggs, the rest of the ingredients and spices are flexible.

I've usually cut up some sausage and used onions and garlic, but outside of those the rest of the ingredients are open to whatever you want or have on hand. I've added carrots or celery, I've added broccoli a few times, or a can of peas. In some recent attempts, I've added quinoa and even some couscous, which I thought worked well.

For spices, I usually use a good bit of cumin, and some salt, but it's open to whatever you like, too. I usually don't like things spicy in the sense of hot, but I could see this working well with some more fiery spices.

Don't know if I would have ever thought to have seen the day when the words "oreo" and "lasagna" would be used together, but here we are.

My blood glucose spiked when I saw this. :hysterical
Bet it's really tasty though.
