Cow's Milk is bad for humans

humans do drink animal milk this is because we've evolved this Neoteny trait.
It's just the "in thing" in regards to our human evolution, remaining physically juvenile As we developed animal husbandry we retained Lactose digestive abilities into adulthood.

Really milk isn't anywhere near as bad as your making it probably in the same sort of region as orange juice.

As for growth hormones in your milk it depends on the country alot of those bovine hormones are illegal in the rest of the world it only applies to the USA. in which case argue with your FDA about it.

"Is cow's milk bad for you?"
Historically, raw milk remains a curative. Alas, there is no money in health; the real blood money is in sickness and death.

I hope you enjoy Brucellosis and TB just keep them to yourself. ¬.¬

Some say that milk is bad for you, but if it is bad, it's NOT for the reasons given in your original article. Let's put some ignorant myths to rest once and for all, i.e. the reason they say milk is bad is the same medical establishment mantra and hoopla concerning cholesterol and saturated fats. Cholesterol is a friend, not enemy. I have NO IDEA what my cholesterol is because it does not cause heart disease. I actually supplement on that valuable vitamin! And saturated fat is not bad, either. There is no good fats or bad fats, and there is no such thing as good or bad cholesterol (i.e. LDL and HDL) Cholesterol is cholesterol, not the lipoprotein that carries it.

Vitamin D3 is a mixture of cholesterol and sunlight (UVB) and that valuable vitamin prevents heart disease and cancers. Oh, yeah, that's right. They tell you to avoid cholesterol and sunlight these days. So, while people were dutifully applying sunscreen all these years and taking pills to cut their cholesterol, tell me, has skin cancer for instance gone up or down with less sunlight? I rest my (obvious) case. And come and think of it, heart disease ROSE, even though average cholesterol (including "bad") went DOWN over the years). I don't trust any establishment that has a snake for their insignia. I'm tired of hearing myths---- these so-called scientists are more fanciful than the religious people they accuse of being superstitious. Why even listen to such worthless hot and subjective (and even agenda-seeking) air?

God did promise to lead Abraham's children to a land that flowed with milk and honey. I've sometimes spiritualized that one --> a land of abundance. Milk from herd animals means that there are pasture lands and one can farm. Honey can be found in an area that is populated by wild beasts but milk AND honey would mean that the land is tamed already: cultivated.

Just my 2cents :2cents

the other day my son came over with a bottle of "raw" glass-bottle milk from a local dairy and exclaimed, "You just gotta taste this!" I told him about the time when his mother used to take milk baths. Worried about the health risk, startled and alarmed, I asked her, "Is it pasteurized??" She says, "no, just up to my hips..." (past-your-eyes) <<-- sound based puns don't travel well through typing, sorry.. :biglol

Are you a doctor or some other medical professional? A biologist, perhaps? Do you have any education in this field outside of your high-school biology and what you've read on the Internet? Your claim that "vitamin D3 is a mixture of cholesterol and sunlight" and the fact that you call cholesterol a vitamin, when, in fact, it is a fat, tells me the probable answer. If you're not a medical professional, you really shouldn't be giving medical advice or telling people not to pay attention to what medical professionals say.

Aieeee v.v I will correct what you said.

Cholesterol isn't bad per say it's a major consitutent of your cell membrains it's also used in The biosynthesis of your steroid hormones it's an essential and ubiquitous component of your biochemisty even if you had NO cholesterol in your diet your liver would simply manufacture more out of Fats.
Supplimenting it as you suggest causes no serious problem in reason your body will simply reduce it's own synthsis but overdoing it however can cause the Metabolic Derangement Hypercholesterolemia as dose taking in too much of it's carrier protine Low Density Lipoprotine. Leads to circulatory system damage.
LDLs are problematic because of there low density they can migrate into the arterial walls dragging cholesterol with them and cause problems with fatty plaques forming in your blood vessles. HDL's and other fats don't cause the development of this phenominon as they can only move through the blood proper.

Vitamin D is made out of sunlight man that's cute... and funny... and also tragically sad all at the same time. :P
Vitamin D - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Molecular structure... no sunshine.
It can be produced in the skin cells of most mammals by exposure to UVB light but it's not made of sunlight. It's good to get some sunlight exposure and your body can fix light DNA damage but the advise generally is be careful in high sunlight exposure as UVB is a carcinogen. Not only that UVA+B will make you look really old like leather yick >_<

I don't trust any establishment that has a snake for their insignia.
Yeah your a really reasonable person that anyone would want to be around I'm sure ¬.¬ ugh.

Yeah and I stay away from doctors and am more healthy. BTW, I mentioned cholesterol being a vitamin only because it bothers some of the leftist liberal crowds and establishments that want to cram their error down everyone's throats probably for ulterior monetary goals, and the governments are bedfellows with them by mandating a lot of this stuff. Cholesterol is a precursor to vitamin D, just as beta carotene is to vitamin A. And BTW, cholesterol is not technically a fat, either, so maybe you should do a little research before asking someone else's credentials.

Technically one does not need to supplement cholesterol, you are right---- I say that to irritate the "separate egg yolks from the albumen" crowd and whatever other lame-brained things they do. I eat lots of eggs, and certain seasons I get them fresh from my sister-in-law's free-roaming chickens. Nothing healthier.

Let's see. What other "correction" of yours can I correct? Let's start with LDL. Although there's no solid statistical proof that lower is better, have you considered the particle size? And why does it stick and become oxidize to begin with? To put it in colloquial terms, I consider cholesterol sticking in such a fashion as an "internal bandaid" to fix an already damaged and diseased artery. The cholesterol is trying to help, not hurt, (like fire-engines going to a fire) and in doing so can block it. This is why cholesterol readings are not an indicator of heart disease and for those with heart disease, simply lowering the cholesterol did nothing. Instead, we would have a person with low cholesterol getting the same heart attack.

And lastly, of course I do not believe that sunlight is part of vitamin D3 anymore than I believe the sun goes around the earth just because I said it was setting today. You and everyone else knew what I meant (the UVB converting the cholesterol) , so there's no point in picking apart at semantics.

lipitor and related meds dont reduce the risk of a heart attack.

i asked my doctor on that, it does reduce the chance of a STROKE,and also heart disease.

i eat like crap and my cholesterol is never above 150.

It doesn't matter that my knowledge of medicine and related topics is somewhat lacking. I readily admit that it is. But then, I'm not the one handing out medical advice and claiming to know more than trained doctors, nurses, nutritionists and other professionals.

Btw, do you have any idea how ridiculous it sounds when you or others claim that there is some kind of conspiracy in "the medical profession", "the media" or some other group made up of millions of people? And if all of these millions of professionals are trying to hide things from us (which they are presumably trained to do as part of their education), then how is it that you know so much about it? Do you have access to the research that the doctors are hiding?
