Creflo Dollar needs money for a ministry plane

Jesus and the Apostles feed people for free. The bread of Life. It did not cost them 15% income to feed and shelter people.

If i am correct the very first Church sold everything they had and it was divided evenly to all who needed what in the Church.

100% of All tithe should go back to who needs what WITHIN the church group to help build it up.

I mostly agree with you except for keeping all the offerings in our own church. I'm thinking of when they sent all that they could to the congregation in Jerusalem when they were in need during a famine.
And we can't forget the strangers that are poor and suffering like the injured one in the ditch. Many come to know the Lord through this kindness.
But you are mainly right, no one in our congregation should be going without the necessities of life.

This forum is seen by many, many visit every day that don't even register, and being allowed to put down someone in Someones forum can not only bring legal action if the statements have no proof, but it makes the owner of the site here look bad.

I think it good enough to just post "Why I hate ministers with Jet airplanes"

or "Why the prosperity gospel is false"

There are some here that like Creflo, so you also alienate other members and it just turns out into a big fight that does not need to be made public to all the passing visitors.

As an outsider, I think these discussions should be seen by the "public" - prosperity docterine and televangelists are high profile and represent christianity in a public way, and the prosperity docterine can look pretty bad to outsiders. It does not seem right - if he preached giving your money away as you see fit as a "seed", then maybe I could get behindthat, but he says "give your money to me, and dont worry, God will get you back" - this kind of message seems to distort Jesus'(as) message, and distorts the image of christians as a whole.

I agree with that.He is a false teacher and distorts the Holy Word of God.
 
Flying on a secular airplane gives a great opportunity to share the Gospel. If you are flying over seas you will have many hours to witness to the people sitting near you.

As this article explains nobody really knows what any of them are worth personally. No one but the IRS knows how much these people give away every year. It's really not my business what they do with their personal wealth.

What they teach in order to accumulate this wealth is what I look at. There are men like Billy Graham who has made lots of money and maybe gave away lots of money but he didn't get it teaching a prosperity gospel.

The next morning the hotel bill was due, and I was just thanking God for multiplying my seed quickly and meeting our needs. It was 9am Hotel bill due at 11am.

I had boat seed, so I was not worried, but praised God to keep my mind off it.

at 10am We get a call from a women we knew in Champaing Il. She said God kept her up all night and she was suppose to send money. She wired 200.00 to walmart for us and we paid the hotel bill and got to eat!!!

That next week, somene stopped my wife and gave her 300.00.

Just recently I lost my job, and we needed to make our car payment. I told God I am a sower and faithful tither. God, You never let me down, one time.

The bank wanted the car by that next week, but that same week the bank sends a letter of thanks and our title..............

Someone, or God we don't know who paid off our car!!!!!!! We never told anyone we owed on it but God.

Came to late to tell me that sowing and tithing don't work. God has paid our rent up, somehow all our internet bill was paid and we don't know who caught up the power bill. We don't tell people things.

One thing we have always been though. Faithful with tithing and giving. We have always put God first. When we needed God, He put us first and took care of everything.

Michael, I was a faithful tither for me years and saw blessings many times. I have now been a grace sown in my heart giver for several years and seen even greater blessings many times.
It is the false teachings that bother me.
 
The scripture says it like this, "judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment."

Post the passage that states "harvest only responds to seed".

so He is to good to travel via car? funny , my pastor has been blessed by god and has two homes , and drives and old car. prays and people are delivered. im sorry. if god blesses that's fine but yeah I learned a long time ago not to believe that version of give and ye shall be rich. that is in essence what you just said. how about give because you love god. after all that money he has when he dies or the economy crumbles will be where?

The apostles in the new testament exposed false teachings. Are we suppose to do the same? That is a question.
If a gnostic teacher was teaching that Jesus didn't come in the flesh would you oppose that falsehood and speak out against it?
