Dealing with sin

Everyday I wake up and know that i will have to deal with sin. I try to better myself and not get mad over little things like, road rage. When i get cut off i yell and cuse and then after i feel really bad for doing it.
I guess im writing this to see what others have to say about sin and how to deal with it and become more like Christ.
So if anyone would like to write and explain ways to deal with sin(not just road rage) please feel free to help me.

Hey,

I think going to the gym helps me out a lot. It helps me release stress and develop discipline, which is what makes a good christian. It takes discipline to go to church on a regular basis, it takes discipline to read the word and pray everyday. I also try to listen to positive music and watch positive movies and tv. You would be surprised how much of an effect watching and listening to bad movies, tv, music can have on you. Surround yourself with moral people. It helps to know that God doesnt expect you to do it all alone, he is there all you have to do is ask him to help and to give you strength. Get some christian buddies to hear you out, or you can hear them out and grow by encouraging them.

You can also arm yourself with the word. To more effectively deal with sin, you must first pray that you have the power to overcome it. You'll be fine.
