We just saw the evacuation of some 180,000 people in California due to the potential rupture of a DHMO storage facility. When will we ever learn!?

The problem was that there was no concrete.
The problem was reported 10 years ago but the Demi-KKK-rat controlled California legislature was too busy spending $2.5 billion a year on illegal aliens and billions more building a "bullet train" from San Fransicko to LALA Land to spend a couple of million to make the emergency spillway secure.
But, just maybe, if they keep it up (and they surely will because liberalism is a mental disorder) with a little bit of luck, both LA an SF will get washed into the ocean.

The problem was the the emergency spilway was being undermined by the overflow and that would have taken out about 100 yards of dam.

We've had an overflow of DHMO into some low lying neighborhoods here in San Jose. It has resided but left a thick, gooey residue and everything that got soaked in it is being disposed of.
That stuff is dangerous!
