Did Moses' sister Miriam, the prophetess had only one-sided communication access with God?

Moses being a prophet had a two-way access to God. The same was with selected people of the old testament like Enoch, Noah, Abraham, David etc who walked and talked with God but few people like Miriam who is a prophetess had only one side access to God which mean God speaking to her only and in return she couldn't communicate with God. In the new testament the scenario changes. Every believer who is connected to the Holy Spirit has two-way access to God which means we are talking to God or having a dialogue with God and not a Monologue.

Can this understanding be right?

In Numbers chapter 12 God spoke to Moses, Aaron and Miriam in which He chastised Aaron and Miriam verbally as they spoke out against Moses. We know Miriam was instrumental alongside Aaron and Moses in delivering the Jews from exile in Egypt as Moses led the men she led the women and also taught Torah to the women, Exodus 15. As far as she having any one on one with God it is not written, but being a prophet called of God I can only assume they connected in private conversation with each other.

I agree. Also in Numbers 12..her chastisement for speaking out against Moses regarding his marriage resulted in her leprosy ...since she spoke wrongly. So being a prophet does not mean mistakes aren't sometimes made. However, she was healed and restored by God, and after that the 'camp moved on.' Her role in the history of Israel in the Old Testament significantly shows both good (like when she led the women in the dance) and bad example (speaking against her brother, Moses, who was, not just her little brother, but also her leader.

God promises 2 way communication for everyone who is interested in 2 way communication - Jeremiah 29:13 -- Hebrews 11:6

He hears us - we hear Him - we just need to make it a priority to get good at a 2 way - same as irl - we need to practice 2 way communication with others to get good at it

imo the prophets and kings and other notable bible characters were good at communicating with God - but they weren't the only ones

there is no evidence that miriam didn't have a 2 way communication with God - the fact that she heard God well enough to be considered a prophetess suggests that she had good 2-way communication with God - hard to believe she could hear God well but not talk to God well - that's not how communication works

That is what makes our faith greater than peoples faith in the bible. God talks through his word and he has rolled out the plan of salvation, enlightenment and communication in his word. He does appear with angels or visions much nowadays. I say not much because parts of the world are experiencing different things, but everything truly said and taught lines up with scripture.
