I have been considering changing my diet to improve my stomach health. I've been eating less and less junk food lately, because my stomach simply won't accept it. I feel better about that. However, I still get sick, and I'm wondering if it is because of the food I eat. There's a part of me that doesn't want to touch veganism or anything like it, but there's also a part of me that thinks it might be healthier. I do not think eating meat is immoral, but I think maybe I eat too much of it. I might try eating under different diets and see how I feel after a week or so. I know that's a short time to test-drive a diet, but I've got to figure something out to get my guts back in line.
